So many guys at the Unit in Fort Bragg, the Rangers around the nation, and various other units within the realm of SOCOM have high praise for them and their innovation in the business and community alike. I just want to know how you did so many years in the teams and aren't a complete physical wreck. My 30-year LE career has left my body a mess. I still get after it six days a week in my gym to keep my joints strong and hold my broken parts together, but I'm a mess. I look strong on the outside, but I can't move like those guys anymore.
