After you choose a movie do you suddenly get taken to other choices? If that’s the case, hit esc and enter at the same time on your remote keyboard

@@ledee2337 so I had to learn to go back from that selection by doing it with the keyboard. If you have anything that can hit escape and enter somehow at the same time with your setup it might work

Hi sir, I did subscribed via *143# of globe and opted for disney+ 159 and it gave me a link with a voucher code. I clicked on the link hoping to activate my disney+ but it only redirects me to downloading the app again.. the load credit was deducted already but I can’t any of the movies or videos on the app and asking me to subscribe again. Medyo may delay lang po sa paglabas nung subtitle and quality. Press “OK” lang sa remote. It works for me po. Also use the arrow buttons mismo sa remote to change the quality or sa subtitle.

Just want to ask if you have or any of the subscribers have experienced in their disney+ on android tv that the series are not showing the seasons and episodes list and also there is no pause/play option while the video is playing? It is the issue also for movies, no pause/play option. I have a Hari Android 9 TV, if you're familiar with the brand. Hope you can shed some light on this issue. I have the no pause play interface issue but it’s mitigated by the remote control I have (keyboard mouse) but I am still also trying to resolve the episode menu not being clickable. Not sure if same issue

Update: so the app works but when I play a video it's just black screen. But the timer is working the thumbnails when you want to move forward works. It's just the video. Another update: Tried to play the featured video "elton john concert" it worked. Tried to play andor and other star wars series. It doesn't. Hahaha blowing my mind

Honestly the default should work fine but you may need to get your Netflix app from an outside source

I made sure this is the only disney+ app. But later when I get home, I'll factory reset the box to check if it might do something. I installed the original disney+ for ph before through the website but it was just showing a white screen. That's when I saw your vid.
