Beautiful song that has so much meaning. I lost my dad to Parkinsons 5 years ago and passed away on my mom's 75th bday. This was the way that dad said thanks to mom for caring for him all the time that she did. Any illness is a beast when there is no remedy. But, the Lord kept my grandparents promise that the Bible says: me and my family will serve the Lord and dad gave his life to the Lord before he died and is now rejoicing with his parents along with angels and most importantly the Lord. Thank you Lord for the opportunity to have a great dad and a great example. I know we can never fill that emptiness. My parents were married for 57 years. But, just knowing that he's with the Lord I am content In knowing that all is well.

I was in college. I was going through a rough time, experiencing doubt that anything I had done for the Lord amounted to anything. I went to my church's prayer room and asked God to let me know the impact I had made. A little bit later that evening, I went to hang out with my friends over at the Baptist Student Center. I didn't know it, but that evening the BSU music and drama ministry team was rehearsing. One member didn't show up. They were rehearsing a dramatized version of this song! Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. As I listened to this song it reminded me of my Mother and all the years of praying and being the God fearing woman she is and always has been and because of my dear Mother ,whom is 92 years old today ,she planted the seed for her 9 children, and the generations after that we would pass down of what JESUS did for us all, my Mother has been serving the LORD and giving of herself in more ways and reminding us that "God is like oxygen, you can't see him but you need Him to survive. God has blessed my Mother in long years of life. This song demonstrates the power that flows from heaven to earth and that all we do here on earth is not forgotten in heaven. My parents showed me this song on our way to church. I made them repeat the entire 45-minute drive! Honestly I . think I'm in love. Whenever I'm scared or having doubts I listen to this song and I don't know but it just makes everything better. Just imagine what it's going to be like. With the little things, you do you can change somebody's life! It is amazing! Things you do help people you don't even get to meet until you're up in heaven! Religion can be tough especially living overseas but songs like this one make it a whole lot better.

This has been one of my favourite songs since I was 14....20 years later I cru when I hear it.... when my parents went from alcolosm to christainitt we went to church... and a pastor said to my mother when I was 13 years old how I would change lives as an adult either by work or my words...
