Get it Mr. Charles. I was not one to listen to your music as a child; but, as i get older I understand it more and more. One of the greats has come and gone. RIP Ray Charles.

I had the privilege of seeing Ray Charles in concert in 1984. And thank God I did! He breathed new life into this song and “Some Enchanted Evening,” as well as so many other old standards, by completely re-arranging them and making them swing harder. I’m all smiles and elation listening to this!

Was this at Knebworth? I saw him there and it was the first time I heard him sing this, what a fantastic arrangement, recently I discovered that his entire performance was on KZbin, happy memories.

I fell into tears watching this historic night of perfection! really? 1993? The sound quality was not what I expected for the 90's. Incredible exact! orchestra arrangement by Roger Neumann. This particular rendition has released a spiritual realm.
