I feel it still depends on body systems cos I am mom of 3 and still have flat tummy, I had a C-section for my 3rd(though in the UK) and nothing is protruding. I eat even in the middle of the night(weird😂) i drink fizzy drinks🤷 my tummy is still like i havent giving birth before so at times, it might be body system.
