Great video - saw him a few times at The Stafford Centre, among many other places - Floore's Country Store, Gruene Hall, Wharton, TX., etc. etc. etc. I was in 5th grade the first time I saw him in concert at The Arena Theater in Houston. He was one in a million and will be missed tremendously.

He couldn't help it. Being so good, he was so good, when he was singing with another great singer on a live program, the other singer said to Ray, "What are you doing trying to show me up?" The answer is, no, he was just doing his job. He was singing. That's what he did, he sang, and he made it look easy. I'm recording a few of his songs. Plus, a few from other artist as well, along with some that I've written. I grew up with a couple famous singers, and a few that I've met in the buisiness. Plus a few that actually lived fairly close to me over the years. Ray Price could have gone anywhere in the United States and Canada and many other countries and performed to crowds. His smooth voice and choice of how to lay a song out the way that not only he liked it, but the way he thought his fans would like it as well.!! Thank you Mr Ray Price, you are priceless.!!

Thanks for watching and posting, this project was put together by the Stafford Centre and used our live footage from his last concert there. The local radio station did the voice over. Glad that people are watching it. Just (for the good times). Just as Ray would have wanted it.
