Balen Shah is doing good job, wonderful, keep it up. However, Kulman Ghisingh is one such person who stopped load shedding caused by corruption in Nepal Electricity Board. Kulman stopped the corruption and brought back electricity to whole of Nepal, how great he is? he is one of the best leader of Nepal, if he becomes the PM of Nepal, Nepal will change rapidly, can that happen?
