I knew Tech Nine was coming as soon as clips were released of him backstage at FIR shows. I wanted an Alex collaboration after seeing Alex do the breakdown to Watch the World Burn at a live show. I wanted it to contrast Ronnie’s typical vocals though and this entire song was hard, but I’ll take it. The Queen insertion between purgatory and hell helped provide that separation I think.
