Sean and Ellie begin to talk and relate to each other as misunderstood individuals, thus, forming a connection. From there, a mutual trust builds up between them as Sean confesses to Ellie that he and his clique have stolen valuable items from the school and Ellie shows him the scars on her arm due to her cutting issue. He looks at her cuts while they lay down with each other, and while her arm is up still in the air, he moves his arm and he gazes her cuts with his fingers, only for him to smoothly intertwine his hands with hers, leaving them happily holding hands with each other.Stacey Farber. They’re were one of the healthiest relationships on the show. I think they were just too young to appreciate or know what they had .

This scene is the reason why I have always shipped Sean and Ellie. I honestly preferred Sean with Ellie than with Emma. I get the whole "they're each other's first love" argument but he was much more stable with Ellie despite having a lot of emotional problems. If Sean was able to work on his anger issues and let other people help him after the school shooting, these two would have still been together. I think Emma indirectly ruined his life. I understand that people make their own decisions but if he hadn't come back to Degrassi to win Emma, Sean wouldn't gotten kicked out of school, challenged Peter to that street race, he wouldn't hit that jogger and he wouldn't have gone to jail. Ellie seemed like a much stronger anchor than Emma ever was. That's just my opinion😁

Ellie and Sean GET each other while Sean was never enough for Emma and Sean depended too much on Emma's stability.

I love sellie. Semma was cute in season 1 and 2 but their season 6 relationship was awful, they fought most of the time and emma treated him like crap, and she told him that she was pregnant without really knowing for sure just to keep sean from going to the army, instead of supporting him and she kept trying to change him into who she wanted him to be. Sellie was so much cuter, they should have been endgame.

ugh it makes me so sad that they didn’t even give them another chance to be together. I think they were really good for each other. They geniunely cared about one another. He treated her so well, so much better than Craig. I hate Craig. Sean and Ellie were endgame in my book.
