I remember this case and seeing the photos of the casts on her little legs and how heartbreaking it was. She was just a little girl and was treated and failed so horribly by the ones who were supposed to protect her.

Im in uk and you can plainly see raye dawn loved kelsey more than anything and would never allow anyone to hurt her this is a huge miscarriage of justice she broke her legs while in the care of the briggs its disgusting
