Senran Kagura Fans Needs To Keep An Eye On Bleach Rebirth of Souls and Here's Why!

I think this is clearly wishful thinking. Remember Sony killed Senran Kagura cause Marvelous decided to make SK7 a PlayStation exclusive, and this was right when they changed their headquarters from Japan to California. Lots of Japanese devs the Senran Kagura team included got screwed over by Sony mandating censorship and not communicating with said devs. The creator of Senran Kagura left the studio and said he was going to start making games that are more "family friendly" at a studio making phone games. Senran Kagura, though I hate to admit it is dead. If I'm going to believe that we are getting a new game in the series (not some cheap mobile game) I'm going to have to see it to believe it.

No gaming is woke and censored. Senran kagura does not need to be destroyed in this era. Im 41 and have been gaming since the late 80s. During the gore outrage and all the politics with gaming making people kill people. Yet none of this is as wild as the woke leftist idealogies that have ruined gaming since 2020. There was like a time when we kept getting 1 SK game every year all of declining quality. I think the last big leap was EV. Then after that Tamsoft went on to make Onechanbara Origin which was a pretty solid game. But that was like in 2019 and it's going to be 2025 before they release Rebirth of Souls which they hopefully support a long time. If we ever get a true sequel to EV it's going to be at least 2029.

The developers said the gameplay’s based off Tekken and Sekiro, I think the Producers even worked on a few Tekken games in the past.

I would like to see a new Senran Kagura game, however unrealistic that sounds. I was surprised that they had that Nep and Senran crossover game. So maybe there is still a chance.

I don't think you need to look very far to imagine what a Senran Kagura game like Bleach Rebirth of souls would look like, Senran Kagura run already has a very similar style. In my opinion either Honey Parade Games are very serious about turning Senran Kagura into an infinite runner or the assets for Senran Kagura Run were created with the intention of using them in another project. Possibly Senran Kagura 7. They reused Estival Versus' models in something like 5 different games so I find it unlikely that they would create new assets for a free minigame and then release it on the 7th Anniversary of New Link just for the fun of it. Yaegashi Nan has also said on several occasions that he can't say much right now but something is coming that fans should look forward to.

I'd love to see a new Senran Kagura game, but I think they'd have to release it on Nintendo's next platform if they want to release it in the West. While Sony may allow it in the Asian markets, I don't think they could make it for the North American or European markets due to Sony's censorship practices. By all accounts, the new Nintendo console should have plenty of horsepower to run the game well, and Nintendo is also more open to the ecchi content the series is known for. I'd also love to see a physical release of the original 3DS Senran Kagura game that was digital only. I still have it on my 3DS, but I'd be out of luck if anything should happen with the store being closed down now. Porting over Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson would also be cool, as you said, to get some updated visuals if nothing else. I know I'd much rather play it on my TV instead of the 3DS (which I do have a physical copy of, thankfully).

so wake me up when it's all over...when i'm wiser and i'm older..until then i'm playing their old games senran kagura 2 crimson🥰 and senran kagura new link right now,since it's the only one that gets updated with new chars and it continues the story and covers some major plot holes from it's previous series. it's all about money in the end sad,and bleach is being popular for long time so they made a bleach game. fortunately i like bleach too but senran kagura we do like more for sure haha. and the bonus is that tamsoft made it so yea,we all know it's gonna be epic

Ok just because two games are made by the same dev compony means nothing the company has multiple teams working on different games and the actual people who have anything to say about a new Senran Kagura game or anything is Marvelous. Ever sense the creator left not just Marvelous but also its subsidiary company Honey Parade Games the last game that he might have worked on was the crossover game Neptunia x Senran Kagura, if he did not work on it then the call to make that game was Marvelous not the creator. Hell, there was even an announcement for a different game called Senran Kagura 7even, but it has been in development hell sense 2017 to 2018 and there was no mention of any kind of other information about the game. So, the game series is dead or just on a very long hiatus.
