@tvbmovielover Well I watched this about 8 years ago so I might be wrong on some of this, but from memory... the king loves her, yes, but Raymond had an arranged marriage with her and was always faithful and loyal to that arrangement. Also, they have known each other since childhood and Raymond has always liked her... As Raymond finally discovers she is a woman and that she is who she is, he is upset that she has lied to him, yet he still accepts her, and hopes for the arrangement to go through.

@kasa989 lol no i think u might of missed what i wrote. when the king first met michelle it was when she was always showing her intelligence and he admired her for that but raymond saw her at all times. even during the awkward moments like when she was dressed up as a guy nun... and everything and so on.. what i meant was that as they were together more and more he fell in love with her but he thought she was a guy, and when he realized she was a girl he wanted to tell her he liked her

@kasa989 lol its okay i feel you whenever i talk about them i go on and on lol i love this series so much !!! lol lol your right about the engagement and everything but what i think was that he liked the "michelle" that was engaged to him but when michelle was his "brother" he didnt know about her identity and still liked her for who she was. there was a point in time where he thought he was gay and later he wanted to break off the engagement feeling guilty for his engagement.

@tvbmovielover might have been that he was loyal to his engagement and not necessarily to her... lol I dunno... so maybe... The king loved her for who she was when he met her, and raymond loved her for the engagement, and as he got to know her better as "the brother", he really got to love her.... Perhaps it was that they both loved her the same amount, just in different ways?

@kasa989 sorry i maxed the characters!!! again!!! and he wanted to break off the engagement and he felt so guilty but he didnt know she was his fiance until his wedding iwth myolie he finally realized that she was his fiance and thats when everything was revealed.. so he didnt know that she was his fiance until the very end but he loved her all along so that didnt have anything to do with the engagement.

@tvbmovielover MAX OUT! lol And so the king's "love" for her is not really love, it's admiration, and maybe a little bit of love at first sight kind of a deal... Yet Raymond.... ahh Raymond... he REALLY gets to know her throughout their journey (eg. that time when she falls asleep on his arm the whole night... also the night he kinda realizes she may be his fiance... ) and truly develops feelings for her. In which case, Raymond definitely LOVES her more than the king.
