Kick Raymond Side note: if a friend/other island had an open spot, they can take a villager in boxes. The villager would remember you and your friendship levels. I did this with Renée so we kept our friendship but she got her original house.

Honestly the best route for this situation is to keep Raymond. As you have your favorite Bunny's card and could easily get him anytime or to a new island. It may take some time to build up the friendship but it's the same case for Raymond. Its more of case of which would hurt to want back later. An island with a couple cats is fine, for your business theme it can sort of be a small gimmick. Spacing the island around may also help to make the change of seeing multiple cat villagers at once and together, getting the feeling that there are many at your island less. But whatever makes you happy, keep the villagers you love but keep in mind a way that will makes things easier for you. A village full of many of one type of villager is fine. It's your island after all.

Here's a tip, you can plant a money tree wherever, as long as you bury some bells at the glowing spot, then re-plant the resulting sprout. I'd go for Raymond btw, but that's just my aesthetic standard. If O'Hare has been a good friend, you might want to keep him instead.

O'hare is the obvious person to kick out. While he has been there the longest, you have his amino card, and if worst comes to worst you can get him back. Have fecken fun getting raymond back if you decide you want him

The question is if you got rid of one of them, would you ever see yourself wanting the other again? You have O'Hare's amiibo card, but you've had him for a very long time and he is yet to give you his framed photo which would take a while to do however you could see it as experiencing your friendship with him all over again if you decide to keep Raymond and ended up getting O'Hare back sometime. You can always call him to your campsite, which is very good since he's easy to get back. Then there's Raymond, the craze for him is still quite real, but a lot less so, it's more just appreciating his character as you say. He's new to ACNH and doesn't have an amiibo card, so if you kept O'Hare you'd have to either save up 1500-2000 NMT for an Ungifted Raymond off Nookazon from a trusted (high reviewed) seller, or possibly spend hours upon hours just looking for him. However, that's not always guaranteed, you could find him on your 8th NMT for example, but it's still about a 1/388 chance (you'd have 9 already with the open plot, 397 villagers total). Another problem with keeping Raymond is that your island would consist of 4 cats, 40% of your villagers being the same species, which overall isn't the theme you're going for at all so really you'd like to change this. Overall, you have O'Hare's amiibo card so he's easy to get ahold of at anytime, and if anything the memory loss of you could be a new opportunity to experience the friendship all over again like old times. Or, you have Raymond, where you don't have his amiibo card so he's a lot tougher to get ahold of, spending an arm and a leg on Nookazon for an Ungifted Raymond or finding him yourself which may or may not take a long time. Furthermore, you do have 4 cats on the island, so if you'd decide to keep Raymond since accessibility for him is a lot tougher compared to O'Hare then you'd have to reflect on possibly getting rid of one of the other cats if you'd prefer to have less cats and new species/more unique species of villagers so that the cats don't feel like a theme on your island due to how many there are. Personally, I'd get rid of O'Hare purely because of accessibility and I can get him back whenever to replace Raymond if I'd like, plus if I did then I could experience the friendship all over again like old times and get his framed photo then. If I ended up keeping Raymond as my permament villager and just not getting O'Hare back then I'd get rid of Olivia probably, I quite like Olivia myself but I feel Rudy and Kiki have more to them, just a personal preference. Plus my friend's least favourite villager is Kiki so I could annoy him with her when he visits, so she'd be perm too lmao. If you want you could give yourself more time to reflect on O'Hare VS Raymond by trying to get O'Hare's framed photo now, that way the friendship is already super high and if you end up deciding you don't wanna replace Raymond with O'Hare's amiibo card then you already have his photo in possession and memory. Furthermore, when your island's finished you could save the Dream Address with O'Hare in your campsite, not sure if that'd work but technically you could be able to have both at the same time, with 11 villagers. But yeah etce, it's up to you tbh, hope ya see this so it was worth writing this lol. Keep up the great content as always^^
