For 3 Millie I’m gonna need a long driveway, a pool, gazebo, outdoor built in grill, Outdoor fire🔥place, hot tub, front gate with a intercom, wine cellar, movie 🍿 🎥 theatre and finally both properties on my right and left side because you should get at least 2 acres for 3 mill.❤

I agree 💯! This house was poorly designed, and some of the features just don't make sense in this house. Plus, as you stated, it's missing a lot of features that could have made this house worth it!

Modern homes have one design pattern black and white exterior. This home has a wonderful view of the neighborhood. Once inside, cathedral ceilings, soft lighting, and hardwood floors throughout. Fenced in backyard, spacious, lots of room for children to play or nice areas to garden. The kitchen has a long Island with lots of open leg space underneath. Nice prep kitchen in the back, great for a baker, chef, or an awesome coook. Once you get past the black and white fixtures the house is not bad at all.

This home is absolutely stunning! Sophistication and modern elegance at its finest and I'm loving the lot. The fixtures are tasteful and exude high-end! Congratulations in advance to the future owner of this stately property! As always, great tour, Raymond and the music certainly set the mood for this showing. 🔥🔥🔥

As Europeans watching this now, it's so funny paying over $2M over a prefabricated wooded home. While I can build a concrete structure home strong to go on all weather events catastrophic. I think Americans do not know better, but they are being ripped off by these building companies. I won't even spend $200K on something like this.
@whatnow95404 ай бұрын
funny you would say that Americans don't know better. I think it is just a difference in taste. As an American looking at homes in several European nations, I have come to the conclusion that while your concrete homes may withstand the test of time and weather, does anyone WANT to live in them. I have personally seen homes infested with black mold and fungus that would not be allowed here in the US, as we know it causes illness. Also, many of the homes I have look at would fit inside this home many times over. I do understand the lack of available real estate, but the Euro homes are quite dense and compact in some areas and seem to be built for rather tiny and short people, I am over 6 foot and climbing stairs to view a villa's roof top deck felt like being placed in a straight jacket, although the ocean views were spectacular, I like my space, however I would agree, I would not pay almost 3Mill for this home. Shalom

European shoe boxes are not worth it. Poor air quality, toxic water. A house this size in Europe could easily be $10M US.

This is a skillful video capture of this beautiful home. It is so good that I could imagine living and working there; why would I ever leave the house? You certainly know how to capture focal points. I love the open floor plan and how well it flows. The chef's kitchen is as marvelous as the central kitchen. I love the palette color relationship between walls and floors. The entire is a designer's dream. That primary suite made me cry (just a little). It really is a Master's Oasis. Then, a big surprise - the garden level. Just magnificent.

Nice home! Very nice music you select. One thing though, your camera lens makes everything look narrow. If that is the best lens selection you can get, then I'd suggest including room measurement pop ups. That way we [the viewer] can have a more specific idea of the space the home offers.

The kitchen behind the kitchen is a total waste. The kitchen could have been bigger and the pantry could have been an actual pantry and bigger. The half bath should be closer to the garage. The two tone floors would drive me nuts.

Beautiful home., but not worth $3 million dollars. The rooms, closets, and lot need to be larger, and there should be a second master suite. Also the basement has wasted space.

The fact that this house is priced at $3M says less about the Atlanta housing market, and more about US monetary policy that, at least since 1971, has made our dollars practically worthless. Good luck!

Fair Warning! 😏I'm about to rant off about this weird house design. This house is all over the place. Definitely, not worth $3 mil. The street view is not attractive, especially with a big ass glass door, opening the house up for all to see. This only works if the house is tucked off from the main view of the public. But the interior elements clashed so much. Too many living room spaces for the size of this house (the front entry room/office, plus the main living room, the den or tv room off of the kitchen and the upstairs open space area)... so unnecessary! Very poor uses of these spaces. You can see the mudroom from the living room. The kitchen cabinets are ugly. The main living room is nice, but then has this overly bold fireplace that i think kinda takes away from the elegance of the rest of the room. It's too dark and out of place with the other features of this room. They cheaped out tremendously on the shelving in the 2nd kitchen and closets with these huge brackets securing them. They don't match any of the other luxury elements of the house. The bedrooms are too small for this price range, and the carpet is the same carpet you'd find in an average apartment complex. There's a lot more I can say that is off about this house, but what really pissed me off... and I mean, it genuinely made me mad😂... was that tight ass bathroom in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. Lol! Why? It seemed like an afterthought with the toilet darn-near touching the shower and had the sink tightly tucked in there. This house was not designed logically. It has some high-end elements that are nice, but then is thrown off by several cheap elements or just poorly designed spaced. I'm curious to see how long this house will be on the market. It doesn't seem like a rational buy at all!

Those of you that think this is a stunning home, need to rewatch it again and ask yourself: 3 million dollars and no pool? What is that sitting area tucked in by the kitchen? And WHY is there a chef kitchen there at all? It’s not a 10-15 million home, this is a wasted space to flex… I was watching it with my 8 year old son and he immediately called out the steps to the patio and said he would fall there, so would any kid owners would have over. Now, bedrooms are nice sizes but have you seen bathroom in bedroom #4 and how horribly small it is and has no sink space? I can keep going but a comment from a European saying we are getting ripped off here in the U.S. is spot on. Atlanta market is getting crazy and this house is not worth the money that are being asked here at all…

For 3 millions I need the ceilings to be higher .. this is not a 3 million dollar house man
@alrobinson26129 күн бұрын
I liked the home, but...this is NOT a $3 million pad! First, it looks like less than an acre of land. Where is the backyard? No pool? There is no room for an outdoors party or picnic. The yard is NOT kid-friendly! Second, there is no greeting room or closet at the front door. Why? Who wants to haul raincoats and boots all over the place? Third, that small garage can't adequately hold my Benz or Range Rover, and there is no workspace? If you want $3 million, you better offer a whole lot more! Be happy with HALF that price!
