I've been to this community and toured the model home that's very nicely done. The subdivision is quaint with nice sized lots. The drawback for me is the builder makes me nervous. The homes "look" great but my mind won't allow me not to worry about the build quality and possible future headaches. Great tour. I appreciate your knowledge and perspective, Raymond. 🤝
