I saw them in person a few weeks ago. They show better in person actually -but 387,000$ seem high for this. However, The kitchen is Gorgeous!!! I feel like Fayetteville is the location and the schools are great and it’s just a great town. imo.

Big up again Fayetteville! Lol they are both nice but I don't think older people could manage those stairs! I personally don't like living close to water! Some people do and it's ok. To each his own! They're nice but I prefer a house. Thanks Raymond for showing us.

Fayetteville very nice but couldnt find a house out there so moved to Lovejoy but no soaking tub in them units for that price wouldnt be for me and the stars. Nice Review.

They done lost their everlasting mind with the prize and the size of those rooms 😂😂 I was wondering where they were going to build more because they built some townhomes back down 85 in front of those apts going towards Riverdale and it was only about ten of them.

We drove out there yesterday but didn't stop. Thank you for this video. The townhouses were ok but the ones in Fairburn have more character and are 40k cheaper . Do a video for Renaissance at South Park.

You have to factor in things like crime, school quality, community amenities when comparing price. You are paying for more than just the townhome, you are paying for Fayette.
