The home is old world luxury at its finest! What a spectacular showing! The terrace level 2-story great room is mind boggling. For all that it offers in size and grandeur, IMO, this home is underpriced. However, the trade off is the rear lot - it's not the greatest but with a screened-in deck and a terrace level lanai, you're still set for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Great tour, Raymond. Camera work is top tier! 💯

Beautiful house 🏠 the only thing that I didn’t really like is the closets of the bedrooms are very small. And for such a huge house, it needs definitely for me to be perfect a swimming pool..

The kitchen is beautiful because the island doesn't take up space the kitchen is spacious plenty of Rome in that's what I'm talking about. I have seen so many houses as to where the island took up so much space and you barely had enough room in the kitchen because the kitchen and the bathroom plays a part in a house.💖💯💖

Too much wasted space in first level of basement, Theatre Room too small & too far from either kitchen to get a snack. 5th bedroom should be where Theatre Room is & Theatre Room should be on lowest level of Basement with second Kitchen area for snacks, do away with some of those windows cause there really is no backyard or view to see just woods. Add a Pool Table & Theatre Room on that lowest level & it will be much better. And please stop blurring the video then popping back into focus it’s very annoying.
