The home is old world luxury at its finest! What a spectacular showing! The terrace level 2-story great room is mind boggling. For all that it offers in size and grandeur, IMO, this home is underpriced. However, the trade off is the rear lot - it's not the greatest but with a screened-in deck and a terrace level lanai, you're still set for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Great tour, Raymond. The kitchen is beautiful because the island doesn't take up space the kitchen is spacious plenty of Rome in that's what I'm talking about. I have seen so many houses as to where the island took up so much space and you barely had enough room in the kitchen because the kitchen and the bathroom plays a part in a house.💖💯💖
