Mario Maker, but every 60 seconds it gets WAY harder

Today I attempt a challenge that's never been attempted before, and probably for good reason. I'll be playing through Endless Normal mode in Super Mario Maker 2, but every 60 seconds, two of my buttons will automatically get rebound at random. This means I won't know what buttons will be switched and I have to adapt on the fly. Can I beat a full page of Endless Normal mode with only 3 skips?

@Knflrpn created a device that can change how controller inputs are handled. Ray edited the code to allow him to (in short) change which buttons do what and made it play an animation corresponding to the changed buttons.
