Incredible. I'm impressed you persevered through such a monstrously hard game. I'm amazed! There are some great safespots in this run too. I never realized in all my credit feeding that the final phase of Yggdrasil could be defeated so easily.

Correct, 2 extra lives to clear the game. The US version gives you 4 extra lives but it defaults to a higher difficulty
