He pondered the thought but never showed up. In most states that doesn't constitute a crime at all. What TCAP did was find out Texas law allows probable cause just for agreeing and so they leapt at the opportunity to get some big action they don't usually get. Which is essentially trying to profit off of potential harm. Both the law and people like Chris Hanson need to stay in their lane, I don't care what it's about it's dishonorable behavior and if people are going to be such gluttons for the law they should at least actually bide by it.

Brother he was conspiring to do a crime, there was litteraly solid evidence he would have went there if he didn't find out that it was a sting operation. This stuff isn't something an acctual child can RECOVER from man just Google up the side effects of sexual abuse on children.
