Baza este defapt facuta din 28 de piese . Chiar daca nu ai mai tinut minte ,operatia este foarte simpla . Ai la un moment dat 4 parti de cate 6 piese si 4 spatii: 4x6=24+4=28.

You wrote in this video that it has 28 pieces in one row and your tutorial on how to make base is 24 in one row??? What to do??
@razcapapercraft
@razcapapercraft 10 жыл бұрын
Are two different things,the movie "how to make 3d origami base'' is just to learn how to do the base, if you want to do a swan then make a 28 pieces base
@Loner_94
@Loner_94 10 жыл бұрын
razcapapercraft I made pieces but when I made 28 pieces base, my pieces are very narrow compare to your pieces on this video when you're making swan model 2 you have more space in pockets than me and my pieces don't go up my pieces literally go in width not in height... I just can't get pieces like you, don't know how to do it...

Marko Ratkovic Put about 6 pieces on top of each other and then use this as a mould, you should find that this mould is thicker than the pieces, and it is like his pieces, so every time you make a piece, put it on the mould and then take it off and it should be the right shape and size

So you say to follow the video on how to make the base. It says 24 PCS!! but you are showing how to build it on a 28 pcs base. VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN I FOLLOWED YOUR BASE VIDEO WHICH DOESNT FIT THIS MODEL!
@razcapapercraft
@razcapapercraft 9 жыл бұрын
nemeziz1105 You must learn to make 3d origami base , and after you learn to make a base , then you will make a base for the swan . All bases are made in the same way , only diference is the number of pieces in a raw.

lol you are very nice to annoying people,but I have no idea what terms you use mean (in the raw,3 normal-I mean like what is the difference?) sorry but I just recently started this. but im doing a bigger version of this,in sted of cutting the paper in to 32,im cutting it in to 2 pieces (I don't know if it will work but im trying it)
@razcapapercraft
@razcapapercraft 9 жыл бұрын
Grace Kaehn It is very simple , there are only two mods to connect pieces . - normal ... with the round part of the piece in front - inverted ... with the round shape inside .

I succeeded (edited to add - On model 1 - haven't tried this one yet) only to find I didn't have enough of the color I used. Since I live where A4 paper isn't common (the States - we use 8.5" x 11" or Legal sized 8.5" x 14") do you or does anyone know what a good size to cut those to so they are closer to the 1/16 and 1/32 on the A4 - all I know is that 1/16 and 1/32 on regular or Legal sized copy paper is no where NEAR the right ratio and I hate to waste that much paper if I can get closer to the right sizes - or should I just say forget it and get what sizes I need for a project and if leftover is big enough for smaller triangles just keep 'em? I'm hoping this channel gets checked frequently as I just started this and the lesson in patience is frustrating yet rewarding at the same time. Raz - your English is fine - you use some words wrong but your English is better than a lot of Americans I know so pay no attention to the haters. :) Keep on making videos or if you've stopped, please start again - I find I like yours the best.

BanjoDoje I did some calculations and saw that the paper size 8.5"x 11" it is very close to the A4 format 8.27"x 11.7".The difference is very small and you can use your format 8.5"x 11" like an A4 , yes the ratio it is not perfect but do not think it's going to be a problem. You can use format paper 8.5"x 11" and cut it into 32 or 64 pieces .

Thank you. I think I tried 1/16th but that didn't leave much room for the bottom folds. I'll try 1/32 first, then 1/64 to check sizes. I really l like your teaching style. You don't expect beginners like me to be able to just jump in and go. And I really like how you know when to jump ahead it's after we've seen a whole row or two done. But you're the one who taught me how to do the bases tho I changed how I did the close base. I start with 3 piles of however large the base is and if it's got a closed base I start with the inverted pieces as I would if it was an open base. Seems to work better for me because I have a nerve disorder that makes it hard for me to do inverts without breaking the base every time. Another one I like appears to have gotten tired of doing videos because now it seems he shows a short spot then the video cuts away to the next step without making sure we can rewind and watch more closely. I don't care if ur video takes 30 to 45 minutes, I'd sit & watch or put it on my kindle so I can work on it at doctor appointments. That you for being so kind as to read my words and helping me.

BanjoDoje Unfortunately creating 3d origami models require a lot of time and remains very little time to create these tutorials, I try to do as best I can but technical possibilities and knowledge about achieving the videos are quite limited. Besides all that my knowledge of English is very limited.

razcapapercraft And you do excellent which is why I'm asking you. I looked at a couple of your vids but mostly they say about how many - pieces cut out of A4 1/16, 1/36, or 1/64. I think I'm not being clear. Here in USA we don't use A4 paper and yours is slightly narrower and longer so the paper fractions don't help. So if when you type the description, instead of just saying "About 450 pieces" say "450 5.2 - 3.6 cm pieces of paper. " Nothing hard to add to the video - do you understand what I mean?
