Thanks for the video, I've a problem with my "USB" type, do you have a video or a reference to replace the usb jack, I cut it off but I tried to solder it to a new usb but it didn't work, thanks

I have the usb version but my pc can not recognize it. It detects is but cant recognize. I guess there is a problem with the cable.

Yes problem with cable, u can use any mobile data cable for fix this type of problem, in any usb Devices, i will make a video on it

Can you please make a version of how to open headphone itself? When I move the wire close to the headphone it malfunctoins. Im sure its problem with the wire internally inside the headphone But cant figure out how to open the earphone to reattach the wire. Thanks either way.

The wire design is horrible, not the best quality in my honest opinion. When I connect my headset I get a message that says can't find the usb device, after i scramble the wire and replug it in computer finds it and sound comes out. But sometimes when I accidentally touch on the wire I lose the sound..... So annoying I will never buy razer headsets again....
