Honestly just bought them a few days ago, and was playing cold war search and destroy. I got 26 kills to 3 deaths, I could literally hear everything. Like I could pin point where the footsteps were coming from, along with gunshots, explosions etc. Now I'm using them on my switch playing the Witcher, and the hypersense works pretty good with the aux. But you only get either high vibrations or none. The rgbs light up without powering it on using its internal battery. Like the aux cord powers the rgb lights which is nice because you don't have to worry about them dying. So when you switch back to wireless mode on your pc/consoles you don't have to worry about a low battery. The mic works nice, just has to be adjusted just right.

I can almost guarantee you that the Nari lineup will be getting a refresh soon. I hope to see a better microphone, but what I'm _really_ hoping for is better battery life and USB-C rapid charging.

@@andales2005 no it only charges through the USB C, but it has an aux cord that will allow you to use it with anything else that has an aux input. Samsung phones, and iPhones will work but you just need the stupid dongle. Wish they had a Bluetooth feature on them for that reason. But you still get the hypersense through aux. These do not disappoint. I love my wireless kraken v3 pros. Gaming with them is way better than my other krakens I have.

@@2Kraykray Fantastic, I can’t go back to no haptics now. Sound quality of headset and mic is great and I keep haptics on medium for just the right amount. It really isn’t a gimmick, it enhances the experience. As someone who is super careful with money and quality of hardware, I recommend fully.

I sold my nari ultimates because they were too big and heavy. So anytime I would move around or move my hand down, they would fall off. The sound was no doubt amazing but I couldn’t deal with the bulkiness. I hope the nari gets a refresh.

I'm a huge fan of razer, but I'm skeptical about the wireless headset they make. Nari Ultimate is a terrible premium headset. For haptic functionality, I had to buy Ultimate, not a normal Nari version, and sometimes I had to hear the sound of windows connecting and disconnecting while charging the headset with USB. Furthermore, even if 2.4 dongles were installed and the headset was powered on, synapses often did not recognize the product itself. In addition, there were many problems with batteries, so i replaced more than three times with "new products" from distributors. And the sound quality of the headset was not excellent for premium headset, but the sound quality of the microphone was too terrible. I hope they've improved this with the Kraken v3 pro. Otherwise, it is obvious that you will only purchase wired headsets such as the hypersense you reviewed.

Additionally, the difference between hypersense and v3 is wired and wireless, and the difference between leather and mesh materials used in the headband. As with all wired headsets, the sound quality of wired is more compliant than wireless. Hypersense seems to be a good product if you don't want to worry about the same phenomenon as Nari Ultimate I've experienced.

Looks great and all, but the fact that this doesn't come with a detachable USB cable kills the deal for me. For me, it's always the cable that dies first, and not the headphone itself, so i'm only looking for products with replaceable cables.

They’re pretty loud for me when on max volume. You can always enable sound normalisation if you want things even louder.

I got these the other day in the mail was stoked to use them on my ps5 only to realise these are quiet af on ps5 like seriously quiet the hypersense is amazing but I can hardly hearing anything so beware I wouldn't recommend these if your ps5 or ps4 on my pc its a different story these get super loud so don't know what razer did here for the ps5 buts the volume is ridiculous when maxed out

Yeah these sound horrible on ps5 compared to PC. I think the thx sounds horrible tho on PC and haptic feedback kinda distorts the sound especially on high. They are very comfy compared to virtuoso xts.

literally any headset i've had was really bad for surround sound, atleast for my taste and hearing in never sounded pin point clear as to where enemies were in game, even having headsets like the hyper x cloud 2 and the logitech g pro x, i've had better experience with the razer kraken pro 2 (the kraken was the one that was the best imo)

not for gaming however, I own those models and unfortunately the Skullcandy haptics do not sync directionally with explosives or footsteps like a dedicated haptic gaming headset such as the Kraken or the Corsair haptic...but the Corsair I had to return twice because they actually suck unlike their reviews saying they're "good" 🤣 but Crushers are great for music especially ANC 👍

You tie unrealistic expectations. I use the Nari Ultimate since they came out and I'm still a fan but saying that they are literally shacking your vision is almost a lie. Sure, it is that strong on max settings and bassboost of 70% and more, or if you turn up the volume to 100% but no one would do this desktop wide. It's a nice gimmick but you're overhyping it. Or maybe I'm too used to this feature after using them daily for such a long time
