Toprak will always race in any motorcycle category his manager wants him to race. A true crystalline talent, a rider capable of adapting to any bike, tremendously consistent, faster than anyone and not prone to mistakes. The fact that he expresses his desire to race in MotoGP is really exciting ! Maybe I could see him well in 2027 with the totally new bikes that will be less loaded with aerodynamics, simpler and closer to Superbikes. Make us dream again Toprak !

Man who saved WSBK after the terrible decade for the sport 10s was. Fortunately he moved to Yamaha in 2020 and brought to the public the classic ice on the cake that gave more value to the cake built by riders like Rea or Bautista. I'll always remember the 2021 season as the year I said to myself "my beloved WSBK, it was a long story started with Haga (RIP to his son, who was a legend in the paddock like Zayn when his dad raced), I left you for too many years, but I've always known the real stories, characters, class acts, tracks and bikes find more room here than anywhere else and you are the original love (500 was so boring in late 90s when I started to have real conscience of what I was seeing), welcome back again" 😁 However, it's fair for Toprak having the desire to measure his class in MotoGP (that I've always watched anyway), cause we all know MotoGP (less human, less romantic, less people centered) has a superior average level and a far superior media coverage. This year I hope to see also Alvaro constantly strong and not erratic like last year, cause he's a real nice guy and he deserves all the best. I keep my opinion, the weight rule should be removed since it doesn't change the fact on straights he overtakes 99% of riders with ease anyway, so you just made him more prone to mistakes, more chaotic in finding a set-up for the week-end and nothing else. And obviously, I want to see Rea coming back for race wins.

Toprak on a red bike...untouchable, esp the 26' Pani R. WSBK will have to pull a spark plug on Toprak bike or further reduce the rev limiter to like 14k in the event he gets on a red bike lol. For those of you have have been watching wsbk over the past handful of years ,you have no idea how blessed you are to Toprak making the rest of the rider look like intermediate riders ,its just insanity. Imagine how his skill level in 5 more years...
