No the ball was with his hand but from high quakity zoom from both angle (not one), there was milimeter gap. It looked like something is vibrated and there were some confution but if you clearly watch from both angle it was grass which comes off. Sky rubbed the field by his shoe during move then some grass plugged out. Befure his feet reach near to rope it was clearly visible that the rope id of blue cloth has white border line. Their was not additional substance in front of that white line. And it was vertical rope with white colour border line (bottom). If his shoe touched the line it will touch that white line. There is no cloth on the ground. It was standing vertically. Now when his feet went their some grass comes off bcz if friction and that fall in front if white line which make confusion but it was clear from another angle. Watch star sports highlights and zoom it from diff angle. From RHS angle it looked like white line is milimeter behind and some grass comes off and falls in front of white line. His foot was 0.7 to 1 cm front if white line. From LHS if you watch from perfect angle ( not the located vedio in pak media) at 240p quality Its clear that while his feet close to that white line some extra substance comes off from low quality and wrong angle zoom it created comfution. Looked like white line vibrated. But actually not. You should follow both point of white line and assume it as straight line and follow its distance from any imaginary point from the ground then when his shoe left the place some grass (extra substance are there and the white line is some distance behind, also few part of white line is covered by grass. Just follow the distance of white line before the shoe reach their and its clear some grass comes off and white line is bit behind.
