Gear change and motor change. Go with a 500w motor, do like a 20t pinion and maybe a 50t spur gear

That’s ridiculous amount of time for that small battery to take the charge. Sounds like the charger they provide is the problem. 40 mins A day is a tease for some kids lol

It uses a lead acid battery and those take a long time to charge.
