I don't think it's Lisa, if she was involved she would've told us right away how to get to the island, since she shouldn't know Venti knows about them so if she didn't tell us she was risking the entire plan I do think the master mind knows them well since they wrote personalized letters, each mentioning something that did interest the person and in Razor's case it says "red, burny girl" instead of Klee, so they have to even know how each person refers to others

Most people think it's Alice, and I agree. She probably wants to make Klee have fun while she's gone, and she's also crazy so it's not out of character for her to make her daughter and her friends+Diluc go to a mysterious place full of hilichurls and fight a giant robot. The only thing that I don't understand is why is Diluc here, since Klee barely knows him, as opposed to the rest of the party (Barbara, Jean and the traveller+Paimon weren't invited, tho Alice could've guessed Jean would join. Also Barbara and Klee seem to get along anyways). I haven't finished the quest yet so maybe it's revealed layer
