I'm taking a guess and gonna say, that T-posing Freddy is likely the model used for the cutscene where Freddy breaks the grate and Gregory jumps down into his arms. Mostly because it seems like the model's location is extremely close to where that cutscene would be activated during gameplay.

Actually, what happened at the Sun and Moon puzzle is that you knocked over too many towers. That happened to me when I was working on that puzzle the first two times I played it because I was a bit too scared. I knocked over the towers several times and he got stuck on them. But because you got him stuck on a tower of one barrel he eventually clipped out of the hit box and could move again, if you get him stuck in a stack of two or more he won’t be able to get out of the hit box, and you will have free reign of the room for the whole time.
