I traveled from Paddington to Newport ,Wales in 2022 .Then,later, I took the train to visit Cardiff on another day ,but,despite it said " step free" station ,I couldn't find a lift ,a very good looking couple helped me w no hesitation carrying my heavy luggage( 2 carry on size ,but very very heavy 10kg ea. Also 1big bag w souvenirs in) up/ down the long stairs !! Do you see a lift there ? I'm still watching this video .💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️🚈💞

Thank you very much for your comment. I am just looking at the Cardiff station map on the National Rail web page and I can see there are lifts available on all platforms. In my future videos I will make sure that they are also included as they are very important feature at stations without direct access to the platform. Have a good day 😊

You're very welcome ! And thank you so much for your reply & seriously considering to include step free access features at train stations in your future !!Cool !! I think that'll help a lot of travelers / passengers in wheelchairs. I actually took a look at the site the other day & it showed lifts & it says step free. But, I couldn't see it when I got there about two years ago . 😅 I didn't look enough for it ,though ,as a very kind couple offered help . Thanks so much !! 🙏 👍😀
