@@Feiora Jeanne Alter is ruthless, cold hearted, brutal, and hate filled with a desire to literally watch the world, particularly France, burn. she's the manifestation of the original Jeanne of Arc's anger, pain, and remorse of being betrayed by those she fought for and left to die. having said that however, when in the role of an actual servant, she is quite adorable and is 100% Tsundere. she acts arrogant and wicked but immediately falls to tatters when confronted on more emotional matters regarding the master, just like any typical Tsundere. she also has a FIERCE rivalry with Saber Alter (King Arthur AKA Alteria) and the two of them are always at odds with each other. in the Shinjuku singularity the master shared a dance with Saber Alter and it pissed her off that she couldn't have one too due to circumstances so before she left at the end of the singularity she forced you to have a dance with her so that she wouldn't lose out to Saber.

@@Feiora Lol, "sweet" is possibly taking a bit of artistic lisence in describing her. She's the embodiment of Joan of Arc's pain and suffering at the time of her death, she wields fire because that's how she died and uses it quite liberally to incinerate her foes. There are a few hints throughout the Fate/Grand Order storyline of her regretting what she became and wishing to be the hero she once was before her death, but they're fairly brief and ambiguous and it's been too long since I've played it to remember the precise context. Also last time I played the game the hadn't yet released the chapter in which she joins you as a primary companion after you beat the base game so there may be more reveals there I haven't seen.

I didn't get all endings, but I did get about 21 without looking at any guides or searching on the internet. I thoroughly enjoyed the game for that reason, as the combat does get boring after you get to a certain point.

She (original Jeanne) is basically a saint like figure. In Fate Grand Order timeline she is resurrected as the dragon witch to avenge her own death and kill the ones who burnt her alive at the stake. She is also the best tsundere in all of anime.
