Keeping 100% gold reserves at home so that same fate as Iraq,Libya, and Afghanistan does not happen. Keeping a lot of foreign reserves in foreign currency does not make any sense to me. Converting it to gold,silver, and copper are other options that may be worth exploring

न्यूनतम ९०% सोना तो भारतमें ही रखना पडेगा। १०% सोना विदेशोंमें रखना उचित तो नहीं होगा परंतु व्यावहारिक होगा। आरबीआई जो क्रय-विक्रय करती है उसके लिए। सोनेको लाने ले जानेकी आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी, खर्च नहीं होगा, रिस्क नहीं होगा वगैरह।
