U forgot another thing... RESPECT from society while working in a govt job that too in RBI .... Also, maintaining a good work life balance after getting a hefty package after MBA is extremely difficult...😢 Also MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges requires 15-30 lpa in India in most cases...

Don't misguide if you talk about monetary terms and in long term IIM A will always be far ahead. And CTC of RBI and CTC of IIM there is vast difference. RBI grade B CTC is around 20-24 LPA with in hand of 1.16-1.20 Top IIM Grads are earning somewhere between 1.5 to 2 in hand monthly as a starting salary.

RBI grade B ctc can go upto 31 lakhs if you include all the facilities and perks. But yea starting you'll get around 1.3 lakh in hand not including HRA/Lease accommodation........ And that's good for living an upper middle class life
