It's Possible! Not much a Bigg Deal.. Even the class 11th, 12th student of age around 18 years reads a lot and practices much more for cracking the prestigious exam of NEET or IIT-JEE aiming for the prestigious top notch institute of India as AIIMS - Delhi or IIT - Madras, Bombay or Delhi.

It's subjective. The competition in ssc is way more than in rbi because most of the civil service aspirants upsc choose ssc as their backup compared to RBI because of syllabus overlapping. But again it depends on what one is interested in.
