Bro in 7th pay commission the da was affected due to covid and direct jump from 1.86 to 2.57 that's why da increased slowly and in mid 2016 and 2020 the inflation was in control. If you focus on last trends in fitment factor you notice that the fitment factor is consistently increasing due to inflation and other anomalies from 1st pay commission to last. In 8th pay commission the fitment factor is likely to be in between 2.57 to 3.50 . Putting fitment factor less than last pay commission is unrealistic use your brain.... And fitment factor da pe hi depend nahi hota..

@@Chiku943 They come under central govt but they act as separate entities...their pay scales are different...their pay revision happens every 5 years...those selected through upsc or ssc are actually pure central govt employees and their pay revision happens after 10 years...
