In the end rbi phase 2 esi is all about luck. People do what every topper does. But on that day whether they ask what you studied or not matters. Nobody can possibly study everything and know everything being asked. Definitely not beyond 60 marks. You have to do guesswork and improve your score. Being brave in guesswork is easier for first attempt people. Bravery because the questions are straightforward, the options are confusing. Gradually as your attempts increase your courage to take risks falls down and one is caught in a self defeating cycle. Been listening to all toppers talk, at least have humility to accept that "luck favoured me". I don't mean to devalue your hardwork, but what toppers do, many have followed. English and FM one can understand. But ESI, one needs luck and courage on that day.

@@subhambarnwal115 I'm not talking about this video, actually he is the inspiration for all commerce graduates...I'm talking about the scenario, most of the members cracking this exam are b tech....it's not any isro or drdo know...then why they are applying and cracking this ...they are indirectly taking the opportunity from commerce and other graduates right? It's not only talent, they are seeing only the tagline below the name..#engineering .. that's it. Then what about other graduates. If u( b.tech ) apply and attempt this exam then the interviewer definitely will select only b.tech guys over other commerce, finance graduates. Hope u understood .. Thank you.

@Gee Sus obviously as we see in the syallabus there is no such thing as "experience" is required otherwise they would have mentioned it but still they prefer a candidate much more experienced for their organisation. They are not sitting for charity they want competent guys with more experience.
