24:44 - I think you were playing on RPCS3. NCAA 14 is only marked as "in-game" according to the emulator's compatibility list. This means it has a lot of issues. But it's okay! - At 21:00, the bottom left corner says "compiling shaders", which means that RPCS3 is loading textures. - And there's even a mod that is like CFB Revamped but for the PS2 version of NCAA 06. And it's called NCAA Next.
