Hey medic! I higly recomend using the floorpan that Proline delivers to the Comanche body. Will look soooo much better hiding all those electronics and different rc parts! And it also protects the interior from filling up with dirt and mud/snow. You can check out my Comanche and compare it to yours if you have the time. Love your vids! Keep it up!!

I'm not bad thanks for asking, hope your doing good. Tires look awesome, look forward to seeing how they do for what you want to do with it. As for the honcho cage on the back that is a GREAT idea!

great video! you need the foam in there to prevent the bounce.if it's air tight, you won't ruin your foams. I run the same with no glue and have never got water in my beadlocks. and just a note it's not the rubber being cold thats holding it's shape, it's the air expanding and contracting inside the beadlock from the temperature

I don't know if it matters with how little air there actually is in those tires but one thing people might want to think about when sealing tire / rim combos is the ambient air temp. when you seal them. The colder it is when you seal the tires on, the denser the air inside the tire will be and you will get more pressure when the tires warm up. On the flip side, the warmer the ambient air temp, the less air pressure you will have when the tires are cold.

So my suggestion is if you run in a colder climate I.E. Canada, you want to make sure you are in a warm environment when you seal them up. That way when you are out in the snow and ice the density of the air in your tires will be lower and the tires will conform better to the terrain but when it gets hot (if that is possible in Canada) they won't blow up like baloons.

I had air filled before on one of my rigs, I would put the tires in the freezer first then bolt em to the rim while cold, so that when I got out on the trail in the sun it was really inflated

Well, I am using 2.2 Proline Badlands on 2.2 Axial Rockster Beadlock rims and never had a problem with air/water in/out. Tires sit perfectly on rims and everything is perfectly sealed only by beadlock itself.

Hey Medic.... Great Vid!!!.. A thought on air filling tires to change air pressure mount your tires on the wheels drill a small hole in the wheel use a screw and a rubber washer put the wheel in the freezer chill (the colder it gets. the higher the end air pressure will be .) when you take out the wheel put in the screw and use a blow dryer to warm it up to room temp!

you can seal the tires in colder weather of just throw them in the freezer to get a more filled tire because the air expands in warmer conditions

Medic, I just got an SCX10 Honcho, and I love the truck, my E-Maxx has been eating packs like candy, and I needed a little something new. Thank you for the body idea, I have been thinking of mounting the rear cage to an HPI 1979 Ford F-150 body, and wasn't too sure how, you just gave me the solution. Also, I have been thinking of using the same tires, and doing just what you did with them seeing as I am gonna be running in a stream a ton, guess great minds think alike huh?

I hope they don't deflate too much when it hits the colder air. I assume you did this at room temp, so in the winter you will probably have really flat tires, because that setup doesn't allow any air movement.

I got my 2nd set of the losi rock claws and put them on my traxxas rustler vxl. I am kinda trying to turn it into a brushless waterproof fun trail truck. You should try doing a crawler build with a stampede 4x4. Put a 9t or anything onto one and some good shocks of course some crawler tires and i think it would be a good setup. Just my opinion on a build that you could possibly do

fast charge at 3amp ... you usually charge at 1amp to 1000 millamphour or mah ... you are at 3000 mah so 3amp charge = about 1 hour... if you are not sure you can always charge at 1amp this will take along time but will ensure a full charge (do this for storing your batteries long term) Your batterie is a Nickle metal hydride baterry also so make sure your charger is set to handle that type:)

i reeeaally need your help medic, ive been wanting a good rc for years now but have never had the money to spend on one. however i was wanting to see if i couldnt save back some money this year for an axial wraith. i watched your videos of yours and have fallen in love with it, but im starting fresh here, so what do i need to buy extra (charger, wench etc..) besides just the overall wraith or should i not even get a wraith and start with a different rc?
