I know this video is old but I use Rc56 others know it as formula 56o to glue these hinges and the control horns fiberglass or carbon and have never looked back. Water cleanup and no taping. Try it

at 18:37, that is a Small control horn. it appears that the control horn is a tiny bit aft of where it should be.

I agree David. Maybe 1-2mm aft, but it should be ok. Everything on this model is Pre-cut. I only had to remove the covering for the control horn.

minimal oozing. not Sure what that indicates. it is recommended that epoxy for PLASTIC be used, when a component is nylon/plastic. googletranslate

David, I tend to have issue with these hinges. When I insert them into the hole the epoxy wants to run back out towards the hinge. This can cause issues if it gets in the pivot points, and as I said, I do not have anything to coat the hinge point to keep it from sticking. I’ve not heard about this plastic specific epoxy. I will have to research that. Thank you for the heads up!

I took my time to make sure all the hinges are nice and pivot freely.
