i’m having issues with mine after changing original battery to battery 2 or 3. it will work perfectly but when boat goes 20 plus yards away, the boat turns off. any idea why it’s doing this?

I have no clue. I have 2 original batteries and that has not happened to me. I send out 4 baits and then I charge the battery on a portable power bank.
