It doesn’t matter which tire is in or out. You use the gauge to either have toe in or toe out or run perfectly straight depending on the type of running you are doing. Then you use steering trim to get the car to run straight. I run oval and I need toe out. Guys running on-road probably have a little toe in.

Wow. According to my spec sheet I have -4 degrees of toe In. According to this tool, I have -8.

Sorry I know this is old vid, but my question is, How do you know which tire needs adjusted & if so how much? what if the front left wheel has more toe out than the front right wheel, how does one figure that out? maybe I'm over thinking it? Thanks

You must have adjustable turnbuckles. If you turn one way or the other on the steering rods they will move the wheel in or out.

I have this guage and the Camber one.I could say that it isn't really worth it for exactly the same point-it doesn't allow you to equally toe your tires.All it tells you is the overall result that you have a toe in, a neutral or toe out. Neither of those things are actually bad they just depend on the kind of driving you want.The thing about it though is if you don't create the same toe angle for each tire your car is going to drive off.

Set one side toe degree and then make the other side steering link the same length..

I am confused with this video,and the instructions are just as worst.had the guage in my room for almost a month and still don't know how to use it right. he did the video like he was forced to do it.
