The 412 T1 body set is the best F1 body Tamiya has ever made, and I have one on a 15th Anniversary F103 😍 the absolute best RC car I have ever owned.

They sure are beautiful Addam. Besides the Tyrell 6 wheeler, it’s too bad Tamiya have yet to rerelease more of them. They are challenging to drive but it’s very rewarding when you get the hang of it.👍😊

Absolutely gorgeous models there Sean! 👌 I used to follow formula one religiously in the 80s /90s, and was actually at a few of the British Grand prix at Silverstone. Always liked the looks of these rc F1 cars, the only thing keeping me from buying one is not having anywhere smooth enough to run them. Very nice mate. 😊 👍 👍 👍 👍

Thanks Yoda! I think we witnessed the greatest era of F1 where the cars were beautiful, sounds amazing and their drivers heroic. The F103 is a great drive and is really quick even on a silver can. I believe you should be able to run it at the carpark where you guys held your Lunchbox destruction derby.😁👍

@@Toystheyrenot 100% agreed mate..... The 1992 season was a great example of that- The epic battle between Mansell and Senna that got so intense! I was at Silverstone that year where Mansell performed a show case victory..... the atmosphere was buzzing, and we all stormed over the barriers and onto the track as he won to greet him! Highly dangerous looking back now as the other cars were still going round! 🤣 Great times, great characters, and like you say, lovely looking cars..... I do miss those gorgeous cigarette livery's- Malborough, Camel, JPS, etc etc. Interesting regarding that car park mate, may have to get an ebay search going for one of these then! 😊 👍 👍 👍 👍

@@Toystheyrenot Yeah agree people forget the pressure he had to deal with! Mansell was my hero too! Watch him right from his Lotus days up till his indycar car championship win in 93! and of course his 4 races in 94 for Williams and his final F1 win.
