Is this the metal drive gear+idler version? Which one is better? Regular plastic or the metal track + gear?

the tank looks all plastic to me. the metal one is of course better as it gives the tank more weight to deal with certain terrain.

Believe it's metal track Pro model....too heavy, and needs painting and weathering.
