You could maybe make custom flying drones, parts or something. You have so much experience with rc. Their demand and price can be high. Photographers, the military and private individuals need them. You might get better value/money for the experience/workload. Drones are different than rc, but I see similarities with rc and drones. Customizing and making them involves challenges and learning new skills, but the field is relatively new and there is a demand for creators. I am an old timer follower. This is just a thought and not intended to trigger anyone or cause problems.

1 challenge for you : chrome paint or dip the wheels, they are polished in the Tokyo Drift version. I don't know if it's possible to modify the sound files of the engine sound but if so it would be better to add them from Assetto Corsa soundmods.
