Don’t worry about video length. I’m trying to learn as much as I can on RC Dirt Oval racing. I really learn when people get in-depth. You have to learn what causes things to happen and how things work to be able to know how to fix the problem. You do a great job on explanations!!

Hello... I race slick track on a really slick concrete basement floor. All of the car's are Traxxas based to keep it cheap and basic for everyone. I run a class called Crate Latemodel which is a slash with a Latemodel body and i race Bandit Street Stock which is just a bandit buggy with a SS body. I'm trying to figure out how to get better traction and car control. Right now when i get on the throttle coming out of the turn it wants to get all sideways and out of control. We cannot use treatment or anything on the tires,but we can sand the tires before we get to the track,but not while we're at the track. Do you have any ideas i could try? Thank you so much, Brian

Hello, thank you for this video! It shed a whole new light on tuning the chassis. Could you please post a link to where you got your spacers, please? You had mentioned that you would post one. Thank you!!

There are a wide variety out there ranging in different sizes. Amain dot com is where i get mine at. Just type in “(brand of vehicle) rear hub” and you will get a hand full of different sizes

You said you use Team Factory spacers. Do you have a link or contact to get them?

Great video thanks for posting . You mentioned only the rear spacing does the rule still apply for the front spacing as well? I run 12T mudboss class and new at it. Thank you!
@TeamUnknownRacing4 жыл бұрын
Yes but the opposite offect. The more spacing on LR the more turn in. More spacing on RF tighter the entry

Thanks very much. How does shock oil effect mudd boss oval racing? If you could help. I am a first year rookie. Thanks again.
@TeamUnknownRacing4 жыл бұрын
Massively. Depending on surface we are as light as 10wt front and 15wt rear when we run the class

@@TeamUnknownRacing what about right vs left side. On a dirt, red clay or a concrete oval track.
@TeamUnknownRacing4 жыл бұрын

So I’ve always heard that the left gets you in but the right gets you off , you’re saying the opposite ? Am I understanding that correctly ? Thanks
@TeamUnknownRacing Жыл бұрын
You where told backwards. Left is exit. Right is entry
