Good video! 👍🏻 I have a Blackfoot that I have had since the late 80’s and I love it!! Yes I grew up a tom-boy! lol… But I have had to replace quite a few thing’s on it since then cause thing’s do wear out unfortunately.. But I absolutely love R/C truck’s, a very fun and enjoyable hobby! ❤️ I also have a TRAXXAS REVO, awesome little truck!! Going to start collecting more and more R/C truck’s. 😁😎

great video thanks. so i have 3 x tattu 3s 650mah lipo's from an old drone project i never finished. i was hoping to re-use them with a typhon 3s brushless but i was thinking the run time would be a bit low. but now i think i will just sell them and just buy a new set of 3s with longer run time. 2 or 3 minutes flying a quad is a lot of fun but in an rc car i want longer...

I'm getting a bit more than an hour out of just 4000mAh Traxxas battery 3 cell. In my Bronco XLT no modifications, low gear, unlocked differentials. Just crawling around slowly extends run time. It can climb 57 degrees, no more than 30 degree angles extend run time a bit.

Got the same truck (blue granite). Full throttle every time. Stock battery (8.4v 3300mah)only last 11 minutes. Upgrade to a Lipo 7.4v 5200mah 35c battery, mixed throttle, last approximately 15-20 minutes.

£170 quid for 2 batteries to get 30 mins run time... I don't blame you mate lol. Need five batteries and a car to be able to charge batteries in the field to basically be able to run non stop all day. So bout £500 worth of batteries but then you have to walk home cos you'll have drained your car battery flat 😂

Can't win bro..I've run kyosho nitro powered vehicles . If ur running them hard n fast ,u cud easily drink a tank of 15%fuel in 20mins..

Great explanation I'm new to this and I didn't fully understand the battery I have a car that can use a 3s battery but it came with a 2s I'm still confused on what 3s battery to get two batteries but I don't know if it will burn up my motor 🤦🏽‍♂️

Depends on what car you’re driving and if it’s totally stock/upgraded. KZbin is your best friend for this Hobby and I’ve learned everything I know from it and other forums on Facebook. For example I had a slash 4X4 and the velineon motor supposedly can handle 3s, but temperatures get stupid hot, stupidly quickly. Without proper upgrades on the truck you would burn the motor up. But the granite in this video bone stock can handle 3s no problem

Gonna purchase a RC Boat. Gonna use it to troll a Rapala with. The boat will operate at 0.5 - 2.5mph. Usually 1.0-2.0mph. Your recommendation for the boat I should use for this application and the best battery for it!!!!!
