This is a perfect addition to anyone one's rc tank collection. It is also a perfect way to branch out into other aspects of the RC hobby. If you are looking for an rc car to dominate the land and sea, it's best for you to look else where. The Schwimmwagen is a faithful 1:16 scale re-creation of the VW T166. Still waters is the best place to use this vehicle's unique amphibious talents. On land the story is a bit different. The Low/mid/and high range transmitter works great and the all time four-wheel drive would get it over anything if it weren't for the ground clearance.

A helpful review although I'd say the schwimmwagen is more an equivalent of the 'seep' aka 'weep', that is 'sea jeep' or 'wet jeep', the amphibious version of the jeep.

How did you have the money or time I only have a slightly modified tiger and 2 T-34s

The one I received was damaged. It had metal fillings inside it's wheel area. The wheel itself was damaged as well. It was loose from the control arm and bone. Sent back but second one arrived with similar problems. Third time it arrived ok but clamshell was busted into pieces. Bought mine for motion RC.
