[Note] Due to several reasons I've mentioned in the comment to Jsp, the servo hardly gets to center after steering. For those who might uncomfortable with this, I introduce one of the easiest way to fix this. (If there's time, I will make another video about several ways to change the steering part)
- Get rid of dark grey 8T gears which are connected to servo motor. Then connect the servo to black 12T gear.
Jsp님의 댓글에 언급을 했지만 몇가지 이유로 서보모터가 조향 후 센터복귀가 잘 되지 않습니다. 아무래도 실제 금속기어가 아니고 레고이다 보니 유격이 정밀하지 않고 기어를 거치며 마찰에 의한 동력손실 등 여러가지 원인이 있는 것 같습니다. 만약 이것이 불편하시다면 서보모터에 연결된 2개의 진회색 8t 기어를 모두 빼고 앞에 있는 검정 12t 기어에 서보모터를 연결 하시면 됩니다~! 물론 이 경우 이빨이 한칸 어긋나서 중앙정렬이 깔끔하게 안되겠지만 조향복귀는 확실히 개선됩니다. 구동개조는 개인의 취향이 반영되고 또한 다양한 방법이 있으니 제 것을 참고하여 더 멋진 구동개조 하시길 바라며 시간이 된다면 닷지 조향과 관련하여 추가 영상 만들어 업로드 할 계획입니다ㅎ 시청해주셔서 항상 감사합니다^^

Hello! I am trying to build the engine (power train ) from step 119 to 146 and we do not have any gears (small , 2 are needed, they have to be mounted @ 5’ 50”). Where can I find them ? Did we lose them or they are missed?

The steering will never be completely straight.. Even though the gearing is correct. I always have to wiggle it till the tyres are straight. Fault with the ball joint part.. Could be made better if the front end was completely redone. Might wanna do a drift version that has more cowbell for steering.

Sir I thank you for leaving the comment about the steering issue which I should have mentioned in the video. As you said, steering hardly gets back to center by itself after steering left or right with RC controller. This might come from various reasons; imperfection of servo motor as you know, imprecise backlash, loss of the mechanical power from the gears, weight of the front body(in some cases) or ball joint you mentioned! As I’ve been noticing these annoying things even before I make this video, I spent a whole lot of time thinking about ‘what is the best way of RC mod’. It can be mechanically improved somehow by rebuilding the front with extra parts but I just ended up with this after weighing the efficiency, costs, symmetric beauty and part accessibility for those who just got into Technic. I'll try harder to make better videos and thanks again for watching my video and leaving the comment! It’ll be lovely if you could share how to make it better in a easy way too. Oh, btw I really enjoyed watching your videos :)

@@BrickYourDream I think i'll make it as a ripsaw by putting tracks onto it and having it probably with 2 XL motors. My servo died (wont return to center) so might as well make it with tracks.

Hi, i have three questions... 1) Watching the video, do you find some pieces of the instructions you skip? 2) The quantity of pieces to buy is the correct one from the link in descriptions? 2) yes, you need only few additional pieces. Not 100% sure about quantity of black and blue technic pins. 3) you dont need two controller. (I usually have them combined because I also got other models with more than 2 channels!)

@@user-yt9qk5fo2v 부품값은 1~2천원인데 파워펑션 가격이 시세보다 높게 나오네요ㅎ 모터가 전혀 없으신 상태라면, 저렴하게 구하는 방법은 42095 제품(필요한 모터가 서보모터 빼고 다 들어있으니) 중고를 개인거래로 저렴하게 구하신 다음 서보모터만 따로 인터넷에서 구입하시면 될 것 같습니다! 더 저렴하게 가신다면 파워펑션 리뷰영상에 언급했던 cada제품으로 가셔도 될것같구요!

대체적으로 자동차 테크닉 제품들을 많이 구동개조 하시네요 자동차가 크레인같은 중장비보다는 더 공간이 많아서 덜 어렵나요??

일단 자동차를 좋아해서 자동차 제품을 구동개조 많이 하고 있어요^^(실제 차를 많이 살 수가 없어서...) 구동개조할때 공간도 굉장히 중요한 점이긴 하나 42055나 42082같은 대형 중장비 제품을 이야기한다면 원래 기존제품은 모터하나 구동이기에 수많은 클러치와 작동레버를 바꿔가며 모든 기믹을 작동해야되서 기어부가 굉장히 복잡하고 재밌습니다. 그런데 각각의 기능을 채널하나씩 맞물려 조종할 수 있도록 개조한다면 오히려 기어부가 자칫 너무 단순해질까봐 제품을 망칠 것 같다는 느낌이 들어 풀구동개조는 생각이 안들더라구요! 물론 개인적인 생각입니다^^

Motors and batteriea are not included in the official set, so you should buy them. If you are new, I recommend you get 42095 set and servo motor on Lego website

안녕하세요. 덕분에 정말 재밌는 경험했습니다!! 열심히 조종도해보고 했네요. 그런데 지금은 다시 다 분해를 해보았습니다. 제가 조립을 잘못한건지 조향이 반대로 되어 있습니다. 기어가 하나 추가되면서 방향이 바뀐걸로 보이는데 제대로 조립하면 조향이 바로되어있는게 맞나요?
