It's a good starting ! You will definitely need something better for filming RC car's with it ! Don't take it out if there is a little breezy it will fly way . Also be careful flying it on your area it might be a no fly zone . ( Start indoors just up and down move it around to get the feeling ) you be okay 👍

Check the voltage of the drone I think they are 7.4 volts charger will be the same
