Introducing the DB2 Plus Line Race Kit
It was designed to meet the extreme condition on a racetrack, and for users who demanded heavy duty applications.
The top and lower mount of the monoshock was manufactured with forged aluminium alloys. It improves the strength and provides better resistance to fatigue from daily use.CNC machining process was applied to the shock body, improving the accuracy of the design thus giving it exceptional reliability.
The heat-treated piston rod provides a remarkable amount of strength, and the titanium-gold coating on the surface provides resistance against corrosion and it also reduces the amount of friction experienced by the rod.
Critical mechanisms such as the internal piston are produced with 7075 Aluminium - T6. Giving it exceptional durability and increased lifespan.
Customising the monoshock to any preferred riding experience is now made possible with two different sets of springs.
A harder spring allows for optimal riding with a pillion rider, while the softer spring is sufficient for solo riders.
The angled bushing makes insertion of the monoshock much easier, and the hose connection between the tank and the monoshock can now be adjusted within 360 degrees, providing convenience by allowing for a trouble-free installation to your machine.
