In last 2 year, specially this year, the par score is 220 & the score of 278,287 are being scored in 20 over game & in response team is chasing them till end to finish 240+,260+.these are winning 50 over score. Do you think it's normal or fair to world class bowler to get treated like imature street bowler by average batter. 6,4,wkt is exciting & eventful because it's rare. & nowdays every other bowl go for boundary. Cricket was a limited country sport & it has shrank more in last decade. Competitiveness is what any spectator wants from sport so why would any new watcher will spend 3 hrs to just see bowl getting belted to crowd every other bowl🙄

I bet you're living under a rock to think that 160-180 run matches aren't balanced or slightly in favour of chasing team. T20 has evolved so much that par score or safe score is literally 200+ runs. Batsmen have advanced their skills , bats have also improved. Even after this we just had 140 runs match vs Punjab, mostly this depends on the pitches, grounds. Chinnaswamy, wankhede are famous for how easy it is to hit boundaries. 263 runs record of Rcb was 11 years old until SRH broke that record this year, so people should've worries about this competitiveness atleast for last 11 years? When did we get fastest centuries in IPL ? Yeah mostly were from early 2010s 🙄. The first match of IPL literally witnessed 158 runs of Brendon McCullum against RCB (lol) , so does that mean people should've worried about competitiveness since 2008? No. People have been saying this same thing for many many years, it's just nonsense. We get all type of matches, and mostly those low scoring matches are so boring. Also we've even witnessed 129-130 runs IPL final too (eg- 2017 final). So chill out man, think. I know this loss must've hurt.
